Improvement or renovation of residential buildings, provided that a reduction of at least 30% of energy consumption is obtained.
The grant funding will be between 40-80% of the cost of the operation (max. €6,300-18,800 per dwelling involved in the building renovation), and may reach 100% in cases of vulnerability (max. €21,000 per dwelling involved in the building renovation).
The non-funded amount of the operation may be deducted from your Personal Income Tax by a maximum of 60% with a limit on the basis for calculating the deduction of €15,000 when the consumption of non-renewable primary energy is reduced by at least 30%.
For buildings and single-family houses in climate zones C, D and E, an additional 25% (zone C) and 35% (zone D and E) reduction in energy demand must be achieved.
Single-family homes that do not meet the latter requirement may be eligible for the housing program (30% reduction in energy consumption or 7% reduction in energy demand)
Climate zones A and B, approximately, are the coastal provinces of Andalusia, Murcia, Valencia and Tarragona.
