An Energy Savings Certificate (CAE) is a document that recognizes the savings generated by an energy efficiency action. As an SME, you can monetize that savings through a delegated entity such as Effic, obtaining additional income for reducing your consumption.
Our services are aimed at small and medium-sized companies in the industrial, tertiary, logistics or services sector. If your company has significant energy consumption or technical facilities (air conditioning, thermal processes, fleets...), we can help you.
It depends on the sector, but among the most common are: Replacement of boilers or air conditioning with more efficient systems, Automation and energy control (BACs), Consumption monitoring, Fleet and thermal process optimization, Implementation of self-consumption with renewables.
Many of our actions have returns between 30% and 150% thanks to the combination of savings on the bill and monetization through CAEs. In some cases, the investment is recovered in less than 2 years.
