EFFIC is an energy efficiency renovation management and grant funding processing company. We have the experience of having managed more than 50,000 renovations in approximately 3,000 municipalities throughout Spain in the last 5 years.

At EFFIC we offer a comprehensive diagnosis of your building, free of charge. We propose an integral renovation solution from the point of view of improving energy efficiency and we accompany you throughout the process.

An individualized study will be carried out in order to present the products and installations that we offer that customize to your needs, with the purpose of achieving a reduction in consumption and/or demand.

Likewise, we assist in finding very attractive financing conditions that will allow you to pay in easy installments.

The installation of contracted products may be fully financed by collaborating financial institutions, which will allow our customers to benefit from better-than-market financial conditions.

The APR is set below 6% annually (with a grace period between 1 and 24 months), lower than other consumer loans that usually range above 7-8%. At EFFIC, we handle connecting the client with the collaborating financial institution to conduct the corresponding financial study and determine if the client is eligible for financing.

Financing can be arranged prior to the start of the rehabilitation works. The client can also benefit from a grace period of up to 24 months, meaning that during that period, they would only pay the loan interest and not the capital repayment.

We will pass your contact on to the bank so that they can get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We will try to take as much data about your home by telephone through our technical team and a technician from our approved network and specialist in energy efficiency will visit the home to perform an individualized study tailored to the needs of your dwelling.

The objective of this visit will consist of taking technical data of your home for the efficiency study (including the simulation of the initial Energy Efficiency Certificate), the choice of improvement measures and the preparation of the budget.

The technician will be able to resolve all the queries that arise about the process (types of products offered, financing, processing of grants, execution of works, etc.).
